This is only my third order from this company however I would happily recommend them to others. My purchases always arrive as stated and as ordered. Their prices are good and I will continue to use them in the future.

I placed an order which included a spray can that increased the shipping price due to it being hazardous. No problem with that. However before shipping they cancelled the spray can, didn't reduce the shipping cost and didn't contact me before shipping. And in the end they state that they received the parcel back, refunding me, but not the shipping cost. Avoid!

Very quick delivery - will use again.

Brilliant service and company, two issues:1. Either appearing to have stock online and there not being any in the respective warehouse or where products are out of stock, there's VERY little information given and their targeted advertising being "out of stock" products is frustrating.2. My most recent order was eligible for free tracked delivery because it was above the price value, however their checkout said that there was a cost attached.

On the whole Wayland have been good. But recently it is terrible. One of my models arrived damaged and I have been waiting for a month for another order. Once this is done I will be going elsewhere as it has been a week since I contacted them with no response, the discount is not worth the aggravation.

Always had good service from Wayland Games. Cheaper than GW and delivery is usually speedy. Stock Selection is sometimes a bit light But a little bit of patience and you can get what you want.
